Two-hour minimum

Going to a medical appointment can feel overwhelming, especially when no family member is available to attend.

A Lifestyle Destiny Helper can:

  • Pick up the senior from home
  • Drive them to and from the appointment
  • Help them check in
  • Stay with them during the visit when permitted
  • Help organize paperwork
  • Take nonmedical notes with the senior’s permission
  • Drive them safely home
  • Send an authorized family member a service-completion update

Two-hour minimum when shopping and transportation are included

  • Toss expired food (with the senior’s permission)
  • Review a shopping list
  • Carry in manageable grocery bags
  • Organize basic pantry or refrigerator items
  • Assist with simple meal preparation

Technology Confidence Visit

One-hour minimum

Technology should make life easier, not more confusing.

  • Smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers
  • Video calls and email
  • Basic app use and online appointment portals
  • Password-safety and AI/scam avoidance education
  • Recognizing suspicious calls, emails, and text messages
  • Scam-awareness education
  • Basic device organization

Contractor Concierge

Two-hour minimum

A senior should not have to wait alone for a contractor, repair technician, delivery person, or home service provider.

  • Be present while approved work is performed
  • Help confirm the scheduled provider has arrived
  • Observe the work being performed
  • Take basic notes
  • Photograph completed work with the senior’s permission
  • Help communicate basic questions
  • Provide an authorized family member with a completion update

Weekly Independence Visit
